  Terrible hotel! Looked nice inside, although smelt a little funny. We also had no hot water after spending almost $400 for two nights. There response to that was that if I went back there for two nights they wouldn't charge me for the second night, and it is against there policy to refund! Not very impressed, waste of money.

  DO NOT come here! The staff are very friendly, however the rooms are horrific. The ensuites look like they are from some hotel in one of those hood areas in America. It's so sad because the sink is outside of the ensuite. The reception looks so bad with construction and the "restaurant" has only 10 thinks on the menue and smells like smoke. The rooms are disconnected from the reciption and have no concierge, because of this we had to walk out of the hotel room to the other building to get to reception when it was so cold in the morning. There's no wifi in the hotel rooms, so you have to go to reciption if you want to use wifi and the rediption is in another building so imagine needing wifi at night. Coming here would mean relying on 3G or 4G because if you need Internet you won't get any. This hotel is only good for sleeping but for everything else no. Showering no. Dining no. Wifi no. Indoor pool no it's outdoor and there is no concrete outside so it's extremely muddy. They're doing construction for new rooms so you can hear it and I just wonder why start new construction when what you already have sucks. Fix what's there first before adding new rooms. Renovate the reception, restaurant, rooms first.

  Pleasant staff. Not sure if bistro is under renovations or is actually a kino. Either way, didn't eat. Room clearly recently renovated. No complaints.

  Not too bad to sleep. Very old building and facilities. Rooms look like they all need a good makeover and could be a great place with wonderful views overlooking the water..
